Mott is located on the scenic plains of rural southwestern, North Dakota in Hettinger County. Our current population is about 850. We are a Centennial City and celebrated this milestone in 2003. We are proud of the rich history in Mott and how it has thrived over the years. You can experience it for yourself by visiting the Mott Gallery of History and Art (open in the summer).
